Ladies Harvest Tea - Oct 5, 2019

2019 marks the TENTH annual Ladies' Harvest Tea at Union Church. (The first Ladies' Harvest Tea was held on October 2, 2010).

The Ladies’ Harvest Tea is a yearly outreach event run entirely by volunteers, held on the first Saturday in October.

Participants in the Tea include approximately 100 tea guests; 15-20 Tea Hostesses (who set elegant tables using china they bring from their own homes); 15-20 formal Tea Butlers who each serve a table, pouring tea and keeping all table trays filled with finger sandwiches, home baked scones and cookies.

.

The LADIES' HARVEST TEA is NOT just a fancy party - it is, first and foremost, an OUTREACH event - the congregation is encouraged to invite friends from outside the church!

Ladies who would like to host a table, or men who would like to serve as butlers should contact Cathy Masamitsu for more information, or send us a message on the Contact Form through this website.
